It functions like a consortium of experts in various fields, drawn on All India Basis from various Govt. Departments, Industries (Public & Private Company) & Educational Institutions of repute, to provide world class services to the corporate world. 

The company has at it's credit various In-House and Inter-Company programmes, organised for it's valued customers at various locations on All India Basis and the feedback received are quite encouraging. It has the expertise right from identifying the training needs, designing the training programme, delivering it at site, measuring it's effectiveness and do the follow up as required, to make the entire programme economical and effective. The growth of the company is quite impressive and last year it has grown @ 10% YoY. It has more than 275 clients including "Fortune 500 Companies" and Multinationals, PSUs, Banks, Insurance Sector Companies, Financial Institutions, Govt. Depts. and Private Sector Companies. Rightmen Services has the credit of training more than 12,000 Executives (both Line & Staff) and Union leaders through our various in-house and inter-company programmes.
